Products
- Our products are made from virgin HDPE raw material mixed with quality masterbatch, which lends it the colour
- Every product undergoes stringent quality tests including Air Leakage test to check for holes, if any
- Finished products are stacked in the storage area ready for delivery
Process
- Containers are manufactured using extrusion blow moulding process under carefully controlled conditions
- Hydraulic Control System is used to control oil pressure and Barrel Temperature Controller controls the temperature during the process
- Blowers are used to vent out the gases generated from molten plastic
- Drum thickness and diameter are set using computer-aided system
People
- The entire manufacturing process is carried out under the expert supervision of experienced technicians
- The staff on the shop floor undergoes training from time-to-time on processes like trimming of excess plastic from the molded drum, threading, handling of the material during the production process, storage, etc.
